  1. Next, enter your email address or user ID in the User ID/Email field.
  2. Enter your SBCGLonal password and email password in the Password field.
  3. Click the “Login” button below.

As of mid-November 2017, you will no longer be able to log in to myAT&T with your Yahoo Mail ID.

If you have a valid AT&T Internet account associated with your email, then you can follow the steps below to change or reset your password.
  1. Log in to your AT&T account.
  2. hoose profile > myAT&T login password.
  3. Enter and save your password information.
If you have a free SBCGlobal or email account, you can reset your password on the email reset page:
  1. Visit the Forgot Password page.
  2. Enter your username or email address.
  3. Enter your last name.

If the last names do not match, the password reset option will not work. If you can find an old statement, please use the name you used on the statement.

When Happened to the Email Login Page?

The old web page no longer works. The website was put on hold as Verizon was hired to run the AT&T mail portal business. the web now automatically redirects visitors to the new one. So avoid temporary but still loading login pages as those are dead. Instead, start directly from the currently active page.

Login Problems.

Check that your Internet connection is working by visiting other websites.
Check the server is not down by visiting the login page for the other country location
Try logging in from another device, such as another phone or laptop.
Clear your browser cache and cookies.
Update your web browser to the latest version.
Try logging in with a different browser. Recommended browsers are: Google, Internet Explorer, Safari, Mozilla.
Temporarily disable any browser tools or plugins and try logging in again.
Enable Adobe Flash Player (if disabled).
